Manami is someone who always seems to be in some way tired. From the way she talks to the way she acts; there is something off. While she doesn't exactly understand where she took a wrong turn in her life, most could assume it's from her bad decision making it general. Scarily quiet and skittish, she avoids eye contact and is often seen staring at her feet on video footage. Her view on people is extremely skewed and will often be seen dodging them.
A lot of times when interacting with Manami, people will find that she just doesn't want to. Whether it is because of a general distrust of people or she is just bad at talking to people, she will avoid it at all costs. She makes terrible eye contact and from her body language, every conversation is just her trying to make herself smaller.
It's hard to tell what exactly she's thinking; the same monotone expression always on her face becoming a constant in her life. She doesn't express her emotions often, but when she does, it's often audibly and to the point. Though it's rare she would even talk, it's usually to get her own feelings across to people.

With long blonde hair that falls at her waist and monotonous yellow eyes, she is usually seen sporting some kind of oversized hoodie. There is a bar code tattoo on her cheek, and a pair of fake glasses over her face that she tries to use to hide her identity. If anyone was just looking at her, not many would think she was a villain; a lack of any villain costume or even an attempt to cover her face would make her an easy target if not for her quirk.
On July 21st in City of Saitama, Manami Mochizuki was born to a single mother. Despite what little they could provide for one another, they were close. Manami was very open with her mother even from a young age, often being more interested in her parent than the peers her age. Though she never learned what happened to her father, it was almost an unspoken rule to never ask about it. And from up until she was 10 years old, that had always been the case. Her mother, after years of avoiding it, re-entered into the dating world and found love with her new partner. At the time, Manami was happy for her.
But with one good event, there always have to be a equal opposite reaction.
It wasn't long until Manami's mom got married and slowly, the young girl felt a shift within the family. They had a baby together. They went on trips without her. Before Manami knew it, she was shoved out of the picture and sent to Tokyo to live with her biological father. With her quirk and his own shame, he locked her away in a guest room without any rooms. Leaving her in there with only her half-sibling, Ume, to come once and awhile to keep her company and give her food. Though their interaction would make him extremely angry and she would be on the receiving end of that rage.
Eventually, one day her dad came into the room yelling, and she took her chance to run. Eventually, she settled in a park not far from her home...and as the night started to settle, so did the villains appear. She got captured and they were about too attack...but perhaps they took pity on her and took her in instead. From this day forward, she had been known as a missing child and to be reported if anyone has seen her.
From here on, she had hone her quirk to disappear from the sight of others, using it to do petty thefts against stores and evading the public view.

QUIRK DESCRIPTION: When not being actively looked for, speaking, or being physically touched by someone, Manami disappears into the background.
It takes her 1 post to actively try and disappear from people's peripheral vision when people are actively looking for her and she can remain hidden for another 7 posts before getting caught again. It effects everyone in a 30 foot radius as she moves.
QUIRK DRAWBACKS: Manami will usually use her quirk unconsciously and it is almost impossible to turn off without purposely making noise or touching someone. Similarly, if she is at all touched or makes any sound, her quirk will stop working and she will become no better than if she was quirkless. After giving her position away, it takes her an extra post to re-disappear while being looked for.
It also doesn't actually make her invisible; only really making her disappear to the people around her. This means she is still visible on security cameras, video tapes, and other recording methods.
