Known for its many cultural sites, Okayama City is a large city in West Japan. Okayama Castle, also known as the Crow Castle due to its black exterior. This city is home to Shiketsu the rival school of U.A. and well known to be the second-best hero school in all of Japan. The school resides high up on the hills overlooking the downtown of Okayama City. It is also well-known for its highly popular theatre performances that take place in front of the Crow Castle by "The Blackbird Theatre," a hero company with a strong love of history and theatrics.

Iga is well-known to be one of the centers of ninjutsu back in history, and as such has carried on traditions in honor of its cultural past. With a highly-preserved museum documenting several artifacts from the past that cement ninjutsu home being in Iga.

They are well-known for being host to Seijin High School, a heroics education school that reutilizes the former doctrines of the ninja to help raise a unique generation of heroes that specialize in espionage and swordplay as opposed to solely relying on quirks.
