Energetic and positive in the way he approaches life, he believes that he has to make the way for himself and while he's happy to be friends with other people, if he had to choose something between his own self-interests and someone elses, he'd choose his own. He idolises the idea of heroism, but doesn't quite know how to put it into practice.
All though he has the genuine goal of becoming a hero, the way he tries to approach it in his own fantasy is quite different from the actualisation of being a hero. He wants to be a great hero, but he wants the fame and respect that comes with being one and in this pursuit, doesn't quite come across as someone who's hero-like.
As someone who lives with a wealthy family, he comes across as entitled and tended to throw a hissy fit whenever things didn't get his way with his father, which gave him a spoiled attitude and he tends to have unrealistic expectations for situations and others.
He inherently has a good personality within him, which has been layered by constant fighting with his father growing up. He tends to be charitable sometimes, when people can't have certain things due to a lack of wealth, he likes to gift them it. He did this once as a way to flex to the other kids in his public school, but when the kid he gifted genuinely thanked him, it gave him a good feeling in his stomach, and it's something that he quite enjoys doing.
In his own version of what it means to be a hero, he heavily dislikes his efforts being downgraded. He likes to be at top and even if he can't achieve that, he likes his efforts to be noted in some way and not taken for granted.

The most striking feature of Kazami are his blue eyes, tending to have a calm expression, which can easily be brought into a toothy smile from him. He rocks short blond hair which, in more formal settings tend to be neatly tucked to his left side, in his hero costume or more practical activities, he tends to let it run free.
He has a rather toned build, almost bordering on muscular and aside from this, his body isn't too much different from the average male.
His more "casual" outfits are usually reflective of his families wealth, wearing suits or at worst in his eyes, jeans, sneakers and a collared shirt with buttons. He never goes below this standard and considers flip flops, shorts and normal t-shirts to be a stain on human fashion.
HISTORY
One day, when his mother wasn't looking and he went to cross the road with a speeding car nearly about to hit him, he had been saved by a hero with a speed quirk, with the dwindling of heroes, many considered it lucky that a hero was close by and fast enough to react, but Kazami took it as a major inspiration to become a hero himself, regardless of how weak his quirk was.
His mother tried to gently steer him off the course of becoming one, to the point that his father had to step in and was stern on the front of him never becoming one, and to instead follow in his own fathers footsteps... this only began a tempestuous relationship between the both of them, where his father would say something and decide it was final, meanwhile Kazami found any way to disobey his father's word... or at least, maliciously comply to them.
A brawl happened a few years later, in his middle school between a bunch of kids that were stirring trouble. It was then that the true nature of his quirk was revealed; it wasn't a simple telekinesis quirk, but a barrier. All the punches that the bullies tried to land on him were nullified, and they were worst for wear at the end of it. With a call to his parents regarding the incident, this last act of defiance in his father's eyes was enough to push him over the edge, and cave in. "You want to become a hero? fine, just don't blame me if you have no money and end up on the street. If you ever quit being a hero, you WILL take over my company." and the deal was made, if Kazami ever stopped being a hero, he'd work for his father and eventually replace him... but until then, Kazami revelled in the fact that he finally got what he wanted for many years.
While Kazami's own grades were nothing special, around average for a student, he participated in the practical exam and managed to pass, landing him a spot at U.A.

QUIRK TYPE: Emitter
QUIRK RANK: Gold
QUIRK DESCRIPTION: Kazami is able to emit a burst of telekinetic energy that covers himself, which acts as an aerodynamic barrier that can protect him from damage such as cold, heat or physical damage up to gold tier damage. He can control how much of what or whom the barrier protects, which means he's able to protect others with the barrier as long as he is in physical contact with them. He can use his barrier up to 7 times, which covers blocking attacks and enhancing himself for physical prowess.
He is able to cover this barrier around his limbs for either utility or offensive purposes, such as condensing the barrier around his fist, raising the attack potential of the punch to higher lengths or condensing the barrier around his legs, allowing himself to jump higher.
QUIRK DRAWBACKS: The barrier can only cover one full person at a time, which means if he spreads his barrier to protect someone else, he becomes completely vulnerable himself to attack. Furthermore, when he condenses the barrier around to his fist or legs, this also weakens his general defence with his barrier and also leaves himself to be attacked. The barrier, once it has been used 7 times has to take 3 posts to recharge before he can use it again.
