Flamboyance, class, sass, and good booty aside, Colette is the definition of appeal, and he's not afraid to show it. This bonafide party girl knows what's up, and what he lacks in certain aspects, he makes up for with his bubbly personality. He likes being around others, specifically men who take his interest. Almost the spitting image of his mother in her youth.
The similarities don't stop there. Colette has a tendency to have very similar manipulative tendencies as his mother in youth, using people for personal gain, but it seems the father has definitely leveled out a lot of the more to a much more bubbly vibe. Sassy, bubbly, with some manipulative tendencies, Colette rules his class as the queen, and no girl, or guy for that matter, will take it from her.
Being forced to take ballet at a young age and singing lessons, he was pampered into exactly what he could always be. And that's where the similarities end.
Deep in Colette is a longing for more. A life beyond that which already exists in his heart. His mom, so obsessed with France has killed his care for the fashion world, and while he knows how to properly apply make-up and do his hair, he doesn't find true enjoyment. And he definitely doesn't share a similar love of cheesy yaoi rom-coms. No, see, deep inside of Colette, while he has very feminine ideologies, he's still a guy. He likes horror movies, and adores surfing. While his mom goes to the beach to flirt with all manner of guys (considering her job), he'll go to enjoy the water, where he can be truly free.
But most of all, deep inside is a longing for something that will last awhile. But a fear for what he cannot have. Those who get too close get burned, and he will lock himself away. They can never see the entertainer stop dancing, because the show ends when the person inside stops dancing. So he keeps doing it, even if it kills him. And it just might.
APPEARANCE
HEIGHT: 5'5''
WEIGHT: 113 lbs
EYE COLOR: Vibrant Sky Blue
HAIR COLOR: Usually brown like his mother's, but he dyes it pink. Like mother like son.
FACECLAIM NAME: Tsukumiya Ringo
FACECLAIM SERIES: Uta no☆Purinsu-sama
Appearance-wise, Colette is the perfect dietary example of what a female model could look like without a chest but with plenty of backside to postulate. This beautiful babe with a more diamond facial structure, with a figure that, while still somewhat developing, is getting ever closer to that perfect figure. The kind of body to fit into a size 2 dress (much to his mother's disdain of it not being a 1), his long slender legs of his best features if not for his overall bubbly cute face. The way his make-up accentuates the eyes, and his lips shine with gloss that often the pink-haired beauty will wear. And his skin care is so perfect, one could see that pale skin and tell he exfoliates with exotic dream.
But these are mostly just body. His hair is a different matter. Often wearing a wig that showcases a mane of beautiful silky pink beauty, usually kept on his head with little way to remove it unless people know. Rarely, is his hair seen underneath. His boyish charm hair, meant to be medium-length to his shoulders that he often ponytails behind his head or on the side like a pigtail. His boyish charm comes out, because when dressed more masculine, he gets attention... from the crowd he has no interest in. But, he has a very princely charm, and his style is still niche, yet very enjoyable.
His outfits range from sundresses, to full workout gear, to club clothes, and everything in-between. Though he does wear the female uniform at school and never his male uniform. While he owns both at Isamu, he'd never be caught dead looking like a boy there. But his more masculine outfits are usually a shirt with a vest, and some nice tight jeans, when totally casual.
Many guys he charms tell him his eyes are of the bluest sky, and while he does like that, he dislikes it because that matches those of his mother's.
HISTORY
Born in Paris, France, Cole-Marie Cuthbert was the lovechild of Lucrece Cuthbert and Victor Sartre. Conceived by the thanks of technological advancements, Cole-Marie was born, much to his mother's despair, he was born a boy. Lucrece, wanting a child with her hubby that she could dress-up, would then begin calling Cole-Marie as Colette-Marie, and would never truly let him not dress like she did when she was younger.
Needless to say, Colette never had a terrible childhood. But it was a strained one. Often, he would be forced to partake in beauty pageants at a young age, only ever reaching second place in the best. His mother had been so hellbent on winning, that it began to trickle into later life by his vast disdain over women, even if he is, in a part, just like his mom now. His father was always one that he strives to impress, turning him into the classic daddy's girl archetype. Thankfully, a positive male role model made living with his insufferable mother somewhat bearable, and definitely put his attraction for guys on the radar.
Life continued on as normal. Young child Colette becoming increasingly more disillusioned with the world of fashion with a diva mother who had to make sure he complied with societal standards of feminine beauty, and a father who just wanted him to succeed the way he wanted. By time Colette became a preteen, he finally approach his mother and father at the dinner table.
"I want to go to hero school in Japan near our cousins."
Since Lucrece Cuthbert had planned out the entirety of Colette's life, this obviously came out as quite the argument at the table. Words were said back and forth. Hurtful words. Why be a hero in Japan? There was nothing there for Lucrece, except their family. But Lucrece continued to push it. This argument must have lasted months. Until finally, Colette managed to get through to his mother. Only barely.
At first it was either go to Selai, an all girl's hero school, or bust. But unfortunately, no matter how many applications got sent in, the answer was the same. Nothing. When Lucrece called, the amount of French curse words that exited her mouth were... astonishing. Colette had never heard such colorful vocabulary, but as the months went on, eventually she would give in an allow for Colette to pick his school. He settled on U.A. Where he could freely wear the female uniform.
So time came to move to Japan, where he would move to the dorms, and as he left on the plane, Colette-Marie would leave his home behind. And now? He can date and stop living so high on expectations.

Quirk AND SKILLS
QUIRK: Sugar Rush
QUIRK TYPE: Emitter
QUIRK RANK: Gold
QUIRK DESCRIPTION: Sugar Rush is a Mutation Quirk that plays off of the normal calories ingested inside of a human body, turning this ingested energy into matter. Food is broken down after a person eats, and turns it into said calories. For Colette, this process a third action, the ability to turn calories into candy.
Sugar is not pure energy though. Sugar is 50% glucose and 50% fructose. So how does this process work? By ingesting a normal human's calorie intake, say 2,000, Colette's liver gathers all of the calories, and begins processing it. If Colette so chooses, he may pull the candy directly from his midriff / stomach in order to manifest it into whatever form he chooses. A laffy-taffy whip with a strong elasticity, to shiny pink gumballs, to even a frying-pan sized lollipop that tastes as wonderful as it hurts. While the amount he can utilize to calorie intake, he does have a wide arsenal. Still, in post count terms, this comes out to one type of candy per post at present.
Admittedly, this Quirk does require some fantasy to it. Obviously, calories don't just translate to a giant lollipop frying pan, and one can watch any cooking channel on the net to see that the calorie intake would be ridiculous to get to this. So, the calorie intake is multiplied by a factor of 4 by Sugar Rush. That is to say, 2,000 intake can make around 8,000 calories of actual candy. This may be subject to some sway back and forth, but usually around this mark.
QUIRK DRAWBACKS: There's a lot of things here to note. While the Quirk is akin to Mutation, it's more Emitter due to the process of his body still emitting the ability out. When he uses Sugar Rush to pull out candy, the calories are removed from his body. This can start to cause problems when one goes below 1,200 calories, as the body isn't getting the nutrients needed, meaning Colette has to look unseemly and eat far more if he wants to truly use Sugar Rush, something that he doesn't like to do. In fact, he usually eats under this anyways for perfect form, and will utilize his Quirk to stay well underneath the recommended intake.
The current limit of a ten foot long laffy taffy whips, five bowls of candy one might have during Halloween, or two frying pan sized lollipops, or one big mallet of lollipop goodness per 2,000 calories.
When under 800 calories, Colette gets dangerously close to passing out from lack of energy, getting to the lethargic point of falling asleep. HOWEVER. He also can't keep any excess food, as all calories will, eventually, turn into fat, and his mom would kill him if he weighed anything over 120. So there is an interesting mechanic of scarcity, that often will lead to over-usage. Thankfully, Colette has used it enough to make it casual.
One more drawback that is really insigificant. The candy tastes off, usually tasting similar to what Colette has been eating. For example, if he's been eating spicy food, that laffy taffy whip may be spicy. If he's been eating vegetables, it may taste incredibly fake. And if he's been eating bitter foods, all of the sweetness of the candy would be changed to bittersweet.
SKILL NAME: Enhanced Flexibility
SKILL RANK: Silver
SKILL DESCRIPTION: Thanks to all the teachings of his mother, Colette's body is the pinnacle of male femininity, to the point where he can bend over backwards rather easily, and do a cheerleader split. He can even fit into places that are not usually possible.
